Direct-response techniques do work, but you must know which techniques work in which situation. Technique know-how is what will make you money. The most effective application of techniques occur only after you've done a thorough job of planning and deciding what needs to be said, to whom, in what context and based upon which premise. I'll show you exactly what you need to do to plan out your message.

How to develop a theme and primary appeal for your message.

Whether it's making money, saving money, saving time, love, status, self-improvement, etc., your sales letter should focus on one primary theme. You must decide what you consider the most motivational theme for your targeted prospects and stick with it consistently throughout your letter. We'll talk about how to specifically develop that theme for your audience. (I have an easy exercise to help you organize your thoughts.)

The 9 things you've got to know about your prospect.

Learn how to "get into the heads" of your prospects and design a sales message that absolutely rings true with them. You'll be able to figure out what they will be thinking and how they will react to what you have to say and offer.
